How Light Up Letter Hire Works

Step 1 - Choose Your Letters

Tell us what you’d like to spell. We have the full alphabet, numbers 0–9, and a wide range of symbols including hearts, hashtags, and ampersands.
Step 2 - Get Your Quote

Fill in our enquiry form under 'CONTACT' - We’ll reply with an all-inclusive quote covering hire, delivery, setup, and collection. Most quotes are returned within a few hours.
Step 3 - Complete your booking form

Fill in the booking form with details of your event. Once this form is completed you wil be issued an invoice.
Step 4 - We Deliver, Set Up & Collect

Focus on your event. On the day of your event, our team arrives at your venue, installs the letters. Once it’s over we return to dismantle and collect everything. No stress, no hassle.

How much are your light up letters and numbers to hire?

There are several factors that we take into consideration when pricing e.g.location, number of letters ordered and date of the event. Please contact us here for a quote.

How big are the Light Up Letters?

All of our light-up letters, numbers, signs and symbols are approx. 140cm (4ft 7in) tall, the width varies depending on the letters or number. The ampersand (&), hastag (#), stars and hearts are slightly smaller for better aesthetics.

When do you set up and collect?

We work with you and the venue to arrange delivery, setup, and collection. We will contact you about 1 week prior to your event to confirm the logistics. Generally, we set up on the morning of the day of the event. We collect after the event has finished or the following morning. We will contact your venue prior to the event to confirm details.

What light-up letters and numbers do you have?

We have every letter and number including multiples of many letters and numbers. We also have a wide range of symbols. All of our light-up letters, numbers, signs and symbols are manufactured by us in our Lincolnshire workshop, so if we don’t have it, we can manufacture it for you (providing we have sufficient notice).

Can I hire light-up letters with different coloured lights?

Yes. All our light-up letters come with warm, white diamond LED lights as standard. However, we do have a range of coloured options available including:

Red, Orange, Pink, Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow as well as Neon Pink, Neon Orange and Neon Green.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT Test certificates?

Yes. Our public liability insurance and PAT certificate can be supplied upon request.
