Ray of Light Letters & Events is a British manufacturer of premium 2ft–10ft+ light up letters, numbers and LED event displays — handcrafted in our Lincolnshire workshop and delivered nationwide for weddings, corporate events, parties, universities, exhibitions and brand activations.
Led by Victoria, our mission is simple: to combine exceptional craftsmanship with a reliable, nationwide service that delivers true statement pieces for every occasion. Every product we create is designed, built and fully PAT tested in-house, giving you professional-grade quality trusted by event planners, venues, universities and corporate brands across the UK.
From bespoke branded builds to large 5ft marquee letters, we’ve supplied events in London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Sheffield, Liverpool, Nottingham, Lincolnshire, Newcastle and beyond — with delivery, setup and collection handled by our experienced team.
Victoria & Harry
Harry leads the production and build side of the business, bringing an engineering background and hands-on experience from working with global brands such as Bosch. His attention to detail and precision ensures every light up letter is built to the highest standard — from structure through to finish.
Victoria leads the commercial and customer side of the business, with a background in corporate consulting at Deloitte. Having worked closely with large organisations and attended high-end corporate events, she understands exactly what clients expect — delivering a service that is seamless, professional and tailored to each project.
Together, they’ve grown Ray of Light Letters into a premium UK provider of light up letter hire and manufacture, trusted by event planners, venues and brands nationwide.
Rachel & Stephen - The Founders
Ray of Light Letters was founded in 2016 by Rachel and Stephen, with a vision to raise the standard of light up letters in the UK.
Their focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail and high-quality finishes quickly set the brand apart — creating bespoke light up letters that brought personality and impact to weddings, events and venues across the country.
Today, that same foundation remains at the heart of everything we do.
